Faspin Technologies Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Sector-74, Mohali.
Location: Sector 74, Mohali
Position: Data Entry/Senior Data Entry
Work From Office OnlyKey Responsibilities: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data models, reports, and dashboards to support various business functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization, including data collection, storage, and retrieval.Mentor junior data analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Manage Product Listings: Create, optimize, and update listings to ensure they’re engaging, informative, and rank higher.
Keyword Expertise: Conduct thorough research to dominate Amazon search results.
Campaign Management: Develop and execute data-driven Amazon advertising campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.

Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics, derive insights, and refine strategies for success. Stay Updated: Keep up with Amazon’s latest policies, features, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Accurately and efficiently input data from source documents (physical and digital) into designated databases, spreadsheets, and software platforms.Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before and after entry, comparing it against original source materials.Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies, following up with relevant departments or individuals to resolve discrepancies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.The Data Entry Operator must be able to handle a high volume of repetitive tasks with sustained focus. Expertise in keyword research, campaign optimization, and analytics.Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and Amazon's marketplace.Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in crafting persuasive product descriptions.Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for creating interactive dashboards and reports.Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, and modeling.Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights effectively.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics).
