Personal Secretary – Executive Assistant (Project Division)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Candidate : Lady Age Range- 30-40 yrs

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally capable Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to support the Director(Lady) of a growing Miscellaneous Projects FMCG,Industrial , real estate and investment business in Chennai.

This is not a routine administrative position. The role requires a highly intelligent, analytical and relationship-oriented professional with excellent personal charisma, who can represent the Director with confidence, professionalism and discretion in meetings, negotiations and business development activities.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with highly confidential matters and will often act as the Director's representative in building relationships, coordinating with landowners, consultants, government offices, legal professionals and business associates to facilitate real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the Director's calendar, appointments and travel.

· Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.

· Prepare reports, presentations and meeting briefs.

· Coordinate with landowners, brokers, developers, consultants, lawyers and government departments, Project officers and Investors

· Attend meetings on behalf of the Director whenever required.

· Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

· Follow up on negotiations and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

· Conduct market research and prepare analytical reports on opportunities.

· Monitor project milestones and maintain complete confidentiality.

· Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who possesses:

· Confidence in interacting with senior executives, investors, landowners ,government officials and internal management (staff and colleagues) and Miscellaneous Project handlers.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred).

· 3–8 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary,

Business Development Executive or Client Relationship Manager.

· Experience in any real estate, infrastructure, construction FMCG,Medical

and Industrial projects is highly desirable.

· Fluency in English and Tamil is essential.

· Knowledge of Hindi and additional Indian languages will be an advantage.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and digital communication tools.
