Job Title: PR & Event Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected PR & Event Manager to strengthen the company's corporate image, manage public relations, and execute high-impact events that enhance brand visibility and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for media relations, corporate communications, press releases, industry events, project inaugurations, exhibitions, CSR activities, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the company's Public Relations (PR) and corporate communication strategy.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, industry associations, government agencies, and key stakeholders.

· Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, speeches, newsletters, and corporate announcements.

· Plan and manage press conferences, media briefings, project launches, ground-breaking ceremonies, inaugurations, and corporate events.

· Organize participation in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.

· Coordinate customer engagement events, dealer meets, partner conferences, and employee engagement programs.

· Manage event budgets, vendor selection, logistics, venue coordination, branding, and event execution.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all events and PR activities.

· Handle media enquiries and support crisis communication when required.

· Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports and event evaluation reports.

· Manage sponsorship opportunities and identify strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility.

· Coordinate CSR initiatives and community engagement programs to strengthen the company's corporate reputation.

· Ensure all events reflect the company's brand standards, values, and business objectives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 5–8 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Event Management, or Marketing Communications.

· Proven experience in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, and media engagement programs.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

· Experience in managing external agencies, event vendors, media partners, and sponsorships.

· Strong organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification

· Experience in the construction, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, real estate, or building materials industry will be a strong advantage.

· Existing relationships with business media, industry associations, architects, developers, consultants, government authorities, and trade organizations are highly desirable.

· Experience organizing project inaugurations, foundation stone ceremonies, industry expos, dealer meets, and client engagement events is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
