Supervisor

A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing support staff, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to school standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees.
Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee discipline.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Resolve workplace issues, conflicts, and operational challenges.
Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets organizational requirements.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management.
Manage work schedules, shifts, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and materials, and report shortages or maintenance needs.
Ensure customer or client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Assist management in achieving departmental and organizational goals.
Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

Educational Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership role.
