Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the real estate and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company and regulatory standards across large-scale real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures in line with company and project requirements.
Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, retrieval, and archiving of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, transmittals, and correspondence.
Maintain document control logs and registers, ensuring version control and traceability of all project documentation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for the timely exchange of documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with ISO standards, statutory regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Administer and manage Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, SharePoint, Procore, or similar platforms.
Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals before circulation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project and legal documents.
Generate periodic reports on document status, outstanding submissions, and turnaround times for management review.
Support audits by ensuring all documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible.
Train and guide junior document control staff on best practices and system usage.
Liaise with legal, procurement, and finance teams for documentation related to contracts, approvals, and compliance.
Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of historical project records and closeout documentation.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of document control procedures and industry best practices.
Excellent understanding of real estate project documentation and construction workflows.
Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, or similar document management systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
