Job Description: Enterprise IT Sales Manager – AI, Cloud & Digital Transformation

About the Role

Cloudstrats is looking for an experienced Enterprise IT Sales professional with a strong track record of selling technology solutions to large enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 4 years of core IT sales experience, with exposure to areas such as AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data & Data Lakes, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation and Enterprise Technology Solutions.

The candidate should be comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, understanding complex business requirements, building solution-led proposals and managing large, complex technology deals from opportunity creation through closure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage enterprise accounts and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify and create new business opportunities across AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data & Data Lake, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation.
Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs and other senior technology/business stakeholders.
Understand customer business and technology challenges and translate them into relevant Cloudstrats solutions.
Lead the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closure.
Drive large and complex enterprise deals, including multi-stakeholder and multi-year opportunities.
Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects and delivery teams to develop customized technical and commercial proposals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses and solution demonstrations.
Build and manage sales pipelines and consistently achieve revenue and business development targets.
Develop account plans and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with technology partners, OEMs and strategic ecosystem partners where relevant.
Track market trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for Cloudstrats.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in core IT/Technology Sales.
Proven experience selling technology solutions to enterprise customers.
Strong exposure to one or more of the following:
AI / Generative AI
Cloud Computing
Data Platforms / Data Lake / Analytics
Cybersecurity
Digital Transformation
Application Modernization
Managed IT / Technology Services
Demonstrated experience in large-value / complex enterprise deals.
Experience managing complete sales cycles and closing technology-led opportunities.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and technology buying processes.
Experience working with CIO, CTO, CISO, CDO and senior business stakeholders is highly preferred.
Strong consultative and solution-selling approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, relationship management and business development skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical/pre-sales and delivery teams.
Graduate degree in any relevant discipline is mandatory.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience selling AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data/Analytics or Digital Transformation services to large enterprises will be strongly preferred.

Experience in handling RFPs, RFQs, tenders, enterprise procurement processes and strategic accounts will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just an IT salesperson, but a consultative enterprise technology seller—someone who can understand a customer's business problem, engage CXO stakeholders, bring the right technology solution together and drive the opportunity through to closure.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
