Pilates Instructor (Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Postnatal Pilates)

Location: Greater Kailash, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Studio Opening: 2027

About Us

Form Haus Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio opening in Greater Kailash in mid-2027. Our vision is to create a thoughtfully designed space where exceptional instruction, intentional movement, and a welcoming community come together. We are building a studio that prioritizes quality over quantity, offering personalized experiences in a calm, beautifully designed environment.

We're looking for passionate Pilates instructors to join our founding team and help shape the culture of the studio from day one.

Responsibilities

Lead private, duet, and small-group reformer Pilates sessions.
Deliver safe, engaging, and individualized instruction for clients of all fitness levels.
Adapt exercises to accommodate injuries, limitations, and personal goals.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide an outstanding studio experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
Collaborate with the team to foster a positive and supportive community.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and studio events as needed.

Requirements

Certified Pilates Instructor
Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, punctual, and client-focused.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
