Job Title: Executive Assistant to MD

Location: Bengaluru
Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant with an MBA from a reputed A-grade university and 2–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, manage daily office operations, and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow. The role requires a professional with a pleasing personality, excellent English communication skills, and the flexibility to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips.
Maintain and manage confidential records, files, and documents.
Lead and oversee general office administration including vendor management, office supplies, facilities, and housekeeping.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and business documentation.
Organize and coordinate internal meetings, events, and off-site conferences.
Ensure professional and welcoming front-office operations.
Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team.

Required Qualifications:

MBA from a regular A-grade university (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Office Manager role.
Proven ability to manage office operations, including policy and procedure implementation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
Professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor.

Remuneration:

As per experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
