Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, creative, and technically proficient Cinematographer cum Video Editor to join our in-house production team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong visual storytelling ability, expertise in professional cinematography, and advanced video editing skills. This role requires someone who can independently handle the complete video production workflow—from planning and filming to editing, colour grading, and final delivery—while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesCinematography
- Plan and execute professional video shoots for interviews, documentaries, podcasts, corporate films, events, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.
- Capture high-quality footage using professional camera systems, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Set up lighting and composition to achieve cinematic visuals.
- Travel for indoor and outdoor shoots, including project sites, client locations, and industry events when required.
Video Editing & Post Production
- Edit videos for digital platforms, social media, YouTube, corporate presentations, and editorial productions.
- Perform professional colour correction and colour grading to deliver visually compelling content.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, transitions, titles, sound design, background music, and subtitles where required.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining consistency in quality and brand aesthetics.
- Organise, archive, and manage project files and media assets efficiently.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the editorial, creative, production, and marketing teams to develop engaging visual content.
- Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, scripting, shot planning, and production techniques.
- Ensure all deliverables align with the Company's branding and communication standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in cinematography and video editing.
- Proven experience in corporate, editorial, documentary, or commercial video production.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred for professional colour grading)
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Camera operations and cinematography
- Professional lighting techniques
- Audio recording fundamentals
- Colour correction and cinematic colour grading
- Video codecs, export settings, and post-production workflows
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passionate about filmmaking and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with a strong creative eye.
- Able to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional, disciplined, and highly reliable.
- Comfortable travelling for assignments and handling shoots under different environments.
- Experience in media, real estate, architecture, infrastructure, or corporate video production will be an added advantage.
