Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic Salesforce DevSecOps team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining secure, reliable, and high-quality CI/CD pipelines for our Salesforce applications. You will work closely with developers, testers, and operations teams to implement and improve DevSecOps practices, ensuring efficient and secure deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado (or other relevant tools).
Automation: Automate various aspects of the development lifecycle, including building, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure high-quality code and deployments.
Security Integration: Implement and maintain security best practices within the CI/CD pipeline, including static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability scanning, and security testing.
Monitoring and Alerting: Configure and maintain monitoring tools to track pipeline performance, identify potential issues, and trigger alerts as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of pipeline configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve the efficiency, security, and reliability of the CI/CD pipeline.
Innovation: Research and evaluate new DevSecOps technologies and methodologies to enhance the team's capabilities.
Skill Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, or Bash.
Understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles and best practices.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
Familiarity with security best practices and vulnerability management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) and/or Copado certifications are a plus.
Other Requirements
1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
