Job Description

We are looking for a highly imaginative AI Scriptwriter & Concept Creator to join our core creative team. In this role, you will be the narrative engine behind our video campaigns and brand stories.

We do not expect you to manually write every single word from scratch—instead, you will heavily utilize advanced AI writing tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as creative co-pilots to generate, refine, and structure brilliant concepts at scale. If you have a natural flow of ideas, understand advertising hooks, and know how to push AI to maximize both your creativity and efficiency, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concepting: Brainstorm and draft high-quality ad concepts, hooks, and video scripts for a diverse roster of brands across various industries.
AI-Assisted Copywriting: Fully utilize AI writing tools to outline, draft, and polish content rapidly, ensuring high-volume output while maintaining top-tier quality.
Ad Format Structure: Structure compelling copy and scripts for various digital formats, including conversational spokesperson videos, trending social media reels, and cinematic product concepts.
Production Handoff: Translate finalized scripts into clear, highly detailed visual instructions and prompt guidelines for our visual generation and video editing teams.
Target-Driven Execution: Work efficiently to meet fast-paced daily concept volume and turnaround speed targets to keep our content production pipeline moving smoothly.
Iterative Adjustments: Make quick, strategic tweaks to scripts and concepts based on creative feedback to ensure the final output aligns perfectly with brand goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

AI Tool Fluency: Strong practical experience or deep familiarity using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for copywriting, brainstorming, and structuring content.
Creative Mindset: A natural flow of ideas, strong imagination, and a solid understanding of what makes a social media video engaging in the crucial first 3 seconds.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Malayalam, with the ability to write conversational ad copy and highly precise, clear production notes.
Continuous Learner: A strong willingness to actively study successful ad frameworks, marketing psychology, and the latest advanced AI prompting techniques.
Pace & Focus: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly shifting between different brand voices while consistently achieving daily output goals.
