Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Diploma or certification in inventory control, warehouse management, or ERP systems (preferred but not always required).
Advanced certifications (optional but valuable):
APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)
CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)

Experience

2–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
Familiarity with stock control systems, inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho Inventory).
Experience working with supply chain or production departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all locations.
Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile variances.
Create and manage inventory reports, tracking KPIs like turnover rate, shrinkage, and aging stock.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams.
Ensure inventory is stored and rotated according to FIFO/LIFO standards.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments to match inventory records.
