The Company:

Designation: HR & Admin Coordinator

Experience: 5 Year - 6 Year

Shift: USA Shift (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Placement Type: Full Time

Role and Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily HR& Administrative activities, including scheduling meetings handling correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
Support financial processes, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Handling Training & Development for New hires & Existing hires.
Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage vendor relationships.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
