Key Responsibilities

Manage front office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest handling
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues independently and quickly
Supervise front office team and ensure discipline, grooming, and performance
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and operations for seamless guest experience
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting
Maintain guest records and compliance requirements (including Form III for foreign guests)
Monitor online reviews and assist in guest communication when required
Ensure adherence to property policies and service standards
