Description

nbiz infosol is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. As a key member of our Education Management operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows that support our institutional partners and internal teams.

In this Associate-level position, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate communication across departments, and support the implementation of efficient processes within the education sector. Your contributions will directly enhance operational effectiveness, allowing our team to focus on delivering high-quality educational solutions.

This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000, commensurate with experience and performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize office administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and data entry.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications across remote teams.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for management and stakeholders.
Maintain and update digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility of information.
Maintain and add contents to websites, trainings
Assist in HR work and hiring
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth information flow.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation support.
Monitor and manage office supplies and vendor communications as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support project tracking and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Provide general administrative support to senior staff and team members as required.
Perform other duties not explicitly mentioned above pertaining to admin.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in the education sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong working experience in CRM, Moodle and other tools for office management
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
