Lead Generation & Research Executive

About Maneesh Media

Maneesh Media is an established publishing house specialising in premium coffee-table books, biographies, legacy books and curated publications. With over 25 years of experience, we work with accomplished individuals, business leaders, organisations, institutions and brands.

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Research Executive who is excellent at online research and can identify the right prospects and the correct people to approach, along with finding their relevant and verified contact details.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant individuals, businesses, organisations, institutions, brands and potential partners based on project requirements.
Conduct detailed online research to understand the prospect, their profile, organisation and relevance to our project.
Identify the correct decision-maker or point of contact within an organisation.
Research and find the correct official/professional email ID of the person we need to approach.
Where required, find the marketing, PR, communications, sponsorship or management team’s email ID in addition to the primary contact.
Cross-check and verify email addresses and other contact information before adding them to the database.
Find relevant LinkedIn profiles, company information, websites, phone numbers and other useful contact details.
Research HNIs, NRIs, entrepreneurs, industrialists, business leaders, professionals, institutions and potential sponsors as per project requirements.
Build and maintain accurate lead databases using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Avoid duplicate, irrelevant, outdated or unverified leads.
Maintain proper records of who the prospect is, why they are relevant, whom we should contact and how they can be reached.
Work with the Client Communication and Management teams to understand changing lead requirements.
Meet daily and weekly research and lead-generation targets without compromising on lead quality.

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of proven experience in Lead Generation, Online Research, Prospect Research, B2B Research or similar roles.
Strong ability to conduct deep and intelligent internet research.
Excellent knowledge of Google, LinkedIn and other online research platforms.
Ability to find the right person rather than simply collecting a company’s generic email ID.
Strong skills in finding and verifying professional email addresses and contact information.
Ability to identify decision-makers such as Founders, Directors, CEOs, Marketing Heads, PR Heads, Brand Heads, Sponsorship Heads and other relevant authorities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to cross-check information from multiple sources.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining structured databases.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and understand research requirements without constant supervision.
Comfortable working with daily/weekly targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of AI tools for research, data organisation and productivity is preferred.

The Right Candidate Should Be Able To

Find the right person → Find the right email → Verify the information → Understand why the person is relevant → Provide a usable lead.

This is NOT a data-entry job.

We are not looking for someone who can simply copy names and email IDs from websites.

The role requires research skills, curiosity, accuracy and persistence. In many cases, the required contact information may not be available directly on the company website. The candidate should be comfortable researching multiple legitimate sources to identify the most appropriate contact and verify the available information.

Candidates with experience in B2B lead generation, premium services, publishing, media, PR, events, sponsorships, luxury brands, consulting or other relationship-driven businesses will be preferred.
