About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who can independently plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on generating profitable growth, improving ROAS, and driving conversions.

The candidate should be comfortable working with D2C and e-commerce brands, analysing campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Develop performance marketing strategies based on brand objectives, target audience, funnel stages, and budgets.
Manage campaigns focused on sales, leads, conversions, traffic, and customer acquisition.
Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, CAC, AOV, and revenue.
Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining healthy acquisition costs and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, offers, and campaign structures.
Work closely with the Content Strategist, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Creative Team to develop performance-focused ad creatives.
Provide creative briefs based on campaign performance and identify which hooks, formats, angles, and messaging should be tested.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new advertising opportunities.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of ad spend.
Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights to management and clients.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
Develop and optimise full-funnel advertising strategies from awareness to conversion and remarketing.
Coordinate with the website/e-commerce team to identify landing page and conversion optimisation opportunities.
Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience managing substantial monthly advertising budgets.
Strong understanding of D2C and e-commerce marketing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer acquisition.
Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, prospecting, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
Good understanding of creative performance and the relationship between ad creatives and campaign results.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysing and reporting campaign data.

Preferred Skills

Experience scaling D2C/e-commerce brands.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Experience working with monthly ad budgets of ₹10 lakh+ will be an advantage.
Experience in creative testing and performance-based content ideation.
Google Ads certifications or Meta certifications will be a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Improvement in ROAS and overall campaign profitability.
Reduction in CPA/CAC.
Growth in revenue and conversions.
Efficient utilisation and scaling of ad budgets.
Improvement in CTR, CVR, and overall campaign efficiency.
Successful testing and implementation of new audiences and creative concepts.
Accurate and timely performance reporting.
Consistent achievement of campaign and business targets.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who is data-driven but also understands creative marketing. They should be able to look at campaign numbers, identify the problem, suggest the right optimisation, and work with the creative team to develop better ads.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
