Must have Good Communication Skills

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our growing E-Commerce Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling multiple client e-commerce accounts across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, sales growth, catalog management, advertising, inventory, analytics, and client management. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, data analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities1. E-Commerce Account Management

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations for multiple client accounts.
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies aligned with client objectives.
Manage platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and other relevant marketplaces.
Monitor account health, sales performance, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.
Ensure timely execution of client requirements and deliverables.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue, market share, and profitability.
Identify opportunities for product expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and marketplace growth.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Analyze sales trends and implement corrective actions wherever required.
Prepare monthly/weekly performance plans and growth targets.

3. Marketplace Management

Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, promotions, and A+ Content.
Ensure listings are optimized according to marketplace guidelines and SEO best practices.
Monitor Buy Box, product ranking, reviews, ratings, and account health.
Resolve marketplace-related issues, suppressions, policy violations, and listing errors.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams wherever required.

4. Advertising & Marketing

Oversee marketplace advertising campaigns including PPC/Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor advertising KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and TACOS.
Coordinate with PPC and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
Plan promotional activities, deals, discounts, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, and profitability data.
Prepare and review client performance reports.
Develop actionable insights based on data and market trends.
Track KPIs against monthly and quarterly targets.
Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients and senior management.

6. Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Conduct regular client calls and performance reviews.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable e-commerce strategies.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Proactively communicate challenges, opportunities, and performance updates.

7. Team Management

Lead and mentor E-Commerce Executives, Account Managers, Catalog Specialists, and other team members.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance/training.
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with PPC, Creative, Content, Development, and Operations teams.

8. Inventory & Operational Coordination

Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, pricing, and product availability.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Monitor order fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day marketplace operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and other major marketplaces.
Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central and marketplace operations.
Knowledge of e-commerce SEO, PPC, catalog management, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce reporting.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling US/Canada-based e-commerce clients.
Knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and D2C platforms.
Experience with marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, Keepa, or similar platforms.
Understanding of international e-commerce markets.
Knowledge of profitability metrics, marketplace fees, and contribution margin.
Experience in developing and executing marketplace growth strategies.
