Job Title: Client Relations Specialist

Company: GroQuik Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), Kalamassery, Kochi (On-site)

Compensation: ₹25,000 per month (Flat)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Us

We are a KSUM-incubated B2B SaaS startup building operational software for the jewelry and restaurant industries.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for inbound business leads. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role focused on understanding client bottlenecks and building trust with traditional business owners.

Key Responsibilities

Engage: Speak with inbound leads to understand their business challenges.
Consult: Explain how our software solves their specific operational problems.
Organize: Track all lead activities in our CRM and Google Sheets.
Coordinate: Hand over qualified, detailed client briefs to the senior team.

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ year in client relations, customer success, or B2B engagement.
Language: Fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
Tech: Basic proficiency with CRM software and Google Sheets.
Skills: High empathy, strong active listening, and relationship-building ability.
