Full job description

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Biotechnology / Life Sciences Technical Trainer to join our training team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented Add-on Courses (30–40 Hours) and 3-Day Workshops for college students in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Healthcare, and related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver interactive and practical training sessions for college students.
Handle Add-on Courses and short-term workshops in Biotechnology and emerging technologies.
Prepare course materials, presentations, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
Provide hands-on demonstrations using relevant software, tools, datasets, and platforms.
Explain technical concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, AI, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.
Travel to colleges/institutions for training sessions when required.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Computational Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
Strong subject knowledge in Biotechnology and/or Bioinformatics.
Knowledge of Python or R and data analysis will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in Biotechnology or Healthcare is preferred.
Good presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
Previous training, teaching, research, or industry experience is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent technical knowledge and presentation skills may also apply.
