Location-Hyderabad (WFO) Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development s Demand Generation Executive to support our business growth by identifying new prospects, generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential clients, and creating a consistent sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a business development mindset, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM platforms, and lead-generation tools. Experience in GIS, AEC, Engineering Services, BIM, Structural Engineering, MEP, Manufacturing Engineering, or IT/Engineering Services will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation s Prospecting

· Identify and research potential clients across target markets and industries.

· Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo and other lead-generation platforms.

· Identify key decision-makers such as Directors, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, Procurement Managers, BIM Managers and Business Owners.

· Conduct market research to identify new accounts, projects, companies and business opportunities.

· Maintain accurate prospect and lead information .

2. Demand Generation

· Develop and execute outbound demand-generation campaigns through email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

· Create targeted prospect lists based on geography, industry, company size, services and decision-maker profiles.

· Execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

· Follow up with prospects through calls, emails and LinkedIn communication.

· Generate awareness and interest around the company's engineering and technology services.

· Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve outreach strategies.

3. Business Development

· Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements, project scope.

· Schedule meetings and demonstrations between qualified prospects and the Business Development/Sales team.

· Understand customer requirements and identify relevant company services.

· Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into opportunities.

· Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospects.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

4. Market s Account Research

· Research target companies, ongoing projects, upcoming projects and business expansion activities.

· Identify potential opportunities in international markets such as UK, Ireland, DACH, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

· Track competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.

· Develop account-based prospecting strategies for high-value accounts.

5. Reporting

· Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, activities, meetings and opportunities.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:

o Leads generated

o Qualified opportunities

o Meetings booked

o Conversion rates

o Campaign performance

o Pipeline contribution

· Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead nurturing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of qualified leads generated per Week/month

· Number of new accounts identified per Week/month

· Number of decision-makers contacted per Week/month

· Meetings/Introductory calls scheduled

· Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)

· Sales-qualified leads (SQLs)

· Lead-to-meeting conversion

· Meeting-to-opportunity conversion

· Pipeline value generated

· Email and LinkedIn campaign performance

· Data accuracy and activity

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.

· Good understanding of B2B sales and lead-generation processes.

· Experience with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.

· Knowledge of CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.

· Experience with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

· Strong research and analytical skills.

· Ability to communicate with international clients professionally.

· Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

· Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:

· GIS Services

· AEC / Architecture, Engineering C Construction

· BIM Services (A/S/MEP)

· Structural Engineering

· Structural Steel Detailing

· Rebar C Precast Detailing

· Manufacturing Engineering

· CAD/CAE Engineering Services

· Industrial Engineering

· Engineering Design Services

· IT/Technology Services

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce or a related field.

· MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business will be an advantage.

· 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Demand Generation or B2B Sales.
