1.Customer Support Executive

Gender: Any.

No of vacancies: 10 Nos

Salary: 12000 - 15000 & other allowances.

Working time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree with good computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Installation & configuration of software systems and applications.
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Analysis of call logs to discover any underlying issues or trends.
Diagnosing and solving software faults.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Accomplishes information systems and the organization's mission by completing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer's problem or question and help them solve it.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent telephone mannerisms. Some support will be provided over the phone or in person (For Boys – Traveling is a must).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
