Full job description

Job Summary

Pushpam Sanskruti Resort Karjat is looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Senior Front Office Executive to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in hotel front office operations, and the ability to supervise the team while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily Front Office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest queries and complaints.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
Monitor room inventory, reservations, room allocation, and occupancy.
Handle VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest requests.
Train, mentor, and guide Front Office Executives and Associates.
Prepare daily reports, cash reconciliation, and shift handovers.
Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and service quality.
Assist the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals and guest satisfaction scores.

Requirements

Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
4–6 years of experience in hotel Front Office operations.
Prior experience as a Senior Front Office Executive or Front Office Supervisor is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel PMS (IDS, hotel logix ).
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
