Junior Back Office Executive

Location: Sector 99, Gurugram, HaryanaEmployment Type: Full-Time, Work From OfficeExperience: 0–2 YearsCompensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position Overview

Crossweave is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Back Office Executive to support the company’s day-to-day administrative, documentation and coordination activities.

The role is suitable for an individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working on computers and capable of managing routine office responsibilities with accuracy and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
Maintain and update records, documents and databases.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices and other business documents.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in Excel and other systems.
Coordinate internally with different departments for required information and updates.
Assist with client-related documentation and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of orders, quotations and other office documentation.
Support the senior team with reports, documentation and routine administrative tasks.
Follow up on pending information and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle emails, correspondence and basic office communication.
Maintain organised physical and digital records.
Perform other administrative and coordination responsibilities as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with the right attitude may also be considered.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Professional, responsible and disciplined approach to work.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, work-from-office position at Crossweave, Sector 99, Gurugram.

Work from home is not available for this position.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and overall suitability for the role.
