Job Title: Academic counsellor
Location: Karunagappalli
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Student Coordinator to manage student communication, coordination, and support activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between students and the institution while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with students regarding classes, schedules, assignments, and academic updates.
Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interaction.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents.
Manage daily coordination tasks and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Maintain attendance records and student databases.
Support admission and onboarding activities when required.
Assist in organizing events, seminars, workshops, and student activities.
Ensure proper student support and engagement throughout the course period.
Achieve assigned daily coordination and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Strong coordination and organizational skills preferred.

Preferred Skills

Fluency in Malayalam and English.
Positive attitude and leadership quality.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
