Job Title: Team Lead – Warehouse Operations

Location: Kaniyur, Coimbatore
Salary: ₹23,500 (Net Take Home)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Lead – Warehouse Operations to manage daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure smooth logistics operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse processes and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations (inbound & outbound)
Manage and monitor a team of warehouse associates
Ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy
Oversee sorting, packing, dispatch, and receiving activities
Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety standards on the floor
Handle shift planning, attendance, and manpower allocation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to SLAs

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
Prior experience in a Team Lead / Supervisor role preferred
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts
