Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Associate to join our team. This role involves handling day-to-day HR coordination along with basic accounts and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both people-related and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources

Manage recruitment coordination including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups
Support onboarding and documentation process for new employees and interns
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
Assist in maintaining HR policies, records, and operational processe
Support day-to-day HR operations and team coordination

Accounts & Operations

Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records
Assist in invoice generation, billing, and payment follow-ups
Maintain expense records and petty cash management
Support account reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports
Assist with tax, compliance, and documentation-related activities
Manage data entry and maintain organized records using Excel or accounting software

Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of HR operations and accounting principles
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Familiarity with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
