Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
Help organize employee engagement programs and company events
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management tasks as needed
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records

Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment

Preferred Qualities

Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Duration: 3–6 months
