Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
Perform tool offset corrections and basic machine parameter adjustments.
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
Change cutting tools and inserts as required.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality throughout production.
Record production output and inspection results.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and work instructions.
Ensure proper housekeeping by following 5S practices.
