Full job description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Student Counselor to guide students interested in Digital Marketing and AutoCAD (Mechanical, Civil & Electrical) courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing and AutoCAD courses.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain student records and CRM/database.
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding.
Build relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and local communities to generate admissions.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, sales, or education.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Comfortable using MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Candidates from Lucknow or nearby areas will be preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in education counseling or training institutes.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing or AutoCAD courses will be an added advantage.
Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
