This Is a Senior Sales Role. Not a Team-Management Role.

FABDIZ is hiring a Senior Sales Manager as an Individual Contributor to personally drive residential interior sales in Kolkata.
You will not be managing a large team.
You will be responsible for something more direct:
Revenue. Closures. Conversion. Your Number.
With up to ₹80,000 per month + performance incentives, this is an opportunity for a proven interior sales professional to grow their earnings without having to wait for a people-management position.
Your Mission
Take qualified residential interior opportunities from the first serious conversation to a signed project.
You will:
- Meet homeowners and decision-makers
- Understand lifestyle, requirements, budget and design expectations
- Conduct consultative interior sales discussions
- Present design concepts and project possibilities
- Explain BOQs, materials, specifications and pricing
- Build compelling commercial proposals
- Handle objections and negotiations
- Follow up systematically
- Create urgency and drive decision-making
- Close high-value residential interior projects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Ensure a smooth handover to Design and Execution after closure

The strongest interior salespeople don't sell square feet.

The Sales Journey You Own
