Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager cum Admin to oversee end-to-end HR operations while managing day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across all key HR functions and possess excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Draft HR letters, policies, and other employee-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Coordinate training and development activities.

Administration

Oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
Manage office assets, supplies, and inventory.
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure.
Organize meetings, maintain records, and coordinate internal communications.
Support management with administrative tasks and operational coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in HR with hands-on exposure to all major HR functions.
Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from Malappuram are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
