Full job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Assignment

Collect leads from all online and offline sources.
Verify customer details before assigning leads.
Assign leads to the appropriate retail store, sales executive, or business division based on location and enquiry type.
Maintain accurate lead allocation records.
Monitor lead ageing and ensure timely follow-ups.
Escalate unattended or overdue leads to the reporting manager.
Track lead status until closure.
Ensure no lead remains unattended.

2. Sales Coordination

Coordinate daily with Jamsons all stores.
Ensure timely assignment of customer enquiries.
Coordinate with sales executives for lead updates.
Follow up on pending quotations and customer enquiries.
Track sales conversions against assigned leads.
Assist stores in resolving customer allocation issues.
Support sales teams in achieving response time targets.
Maintain communication between Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

3. Calling Coordination

Coordinate with the telecalling team on daily calling activities.
Ensure every allocated lead is contacted within the defined turnaround time.
Monitor daily calling reports.
Track call outcomes and customer responses.
Follow up on missed calls and unattended enquiries.
Verify lead disposition updates.
Ensure telecallers maintain proper follow-up schedules.
Share daily productivity reports with management.

4. CRM & Software Operations

Manage CRM software on a daily basis.
Ensure all leads are entered correctly into the CRM.
Monitor telecalling software usage and performance.
Verify user login activity and lead updates.
Coordinate with software vendors for technical issues.
Maintain CRM data accuracy.
Ensure duplicate leads are identified and resolved.
Monitor CRM dashboards and user compliance.
Generate CRM reports for management.

5. Reporting & MIS

Prepare Daily MIS Reports.
Prepare Weekly Sales Reports.
Prepare Monthly Performance Reports.
Maintain Lead Tracking Reports.
Generate Lead Conversion Reports.
Prepare Store-wise Performance Reports.
Prepare Campaign Performance Reports.
Prepare Management Dashboards.
Present reports to HODs and Directors.
Maintain records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

6. Marketing Coordination

Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding daily campaigns.
Share approved marketing creatives with all stores.
Maintain a creative distribution tracker.
Verify that each store publishes assigned creatives.
Follow up on pending uploads.
Coordinate campaign execution across all branches.
Assist in campaign reporting and lead attribution.

7. Interdepartmental Coordination

Coordinate with:

Marketing Department
Retail Stores
Telecalling Team
Sales Team
Corporate Sales
Jamsons Care
Tally Division
Operations Team
Management
Other Teams

Ensure smooth communication and timely completion of assigned tasks.
