Full job description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Executive to manage our daily operations using the Zoho Suite (Zoho Books / Zoho CRM / Zoho Inventory). The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate daily sales data entry, order tracking, customer records management, and general administrative task support. Key Responsibilities Daily Entry & Invoicing: Accurately enter daily sales orders, tax invoices, purchase orders, and credit notes into Zoho. Payment Reconciliation: Record incoming customer payments, track pending payables/receivables, and perform bank/cash reconciliations. Inventory Management: Update stock movements, raw material receipts, and finished goods dispatch entries in real-time. Data & Client Management: Maintain clean customer records, lead data, and contact lists within Zoho CRM. Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales summaries, outstanding payment reports, and dispatch sheets for management. General Office Support: Coordinate routine back-office workflows, filing, and cross-departmental documentation. Key Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho (Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Inventory) or similar ERP/accounting software. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho software suite. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data filtering). Familiarity with GST invoicing and basic accounting principles is a strong plus.
