Full job description

Human Resources

Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR-related matters.
Manage payroll inputs, salary processing coordination, and statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Manage employee performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, welfare, and disciplinary activities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates.
Handle employee separation, full & final settlement, and exit formalities.

Administration

Oversee day-to-day office and factory administrative activities.
Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, maintenance, and other facility services.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor office/factory infrastructure, utilities, supplies, and administrative expenses.
Maintain records of company assets, stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and other administrative requirements.
Organize meetings, events, employee activities, and official arrangements.
Ensure a safe, clean, and disciplined working environment.

Compliance & Coordination

Maintain statutory registers, licences, renewals, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with government departments, consultants, auditors, and external agencies when required.
Support management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and company information.

Key Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR practices and labour compliance
Payroll & attendance management
Vendor and facility management
MS Office / Excel and HRMS knowledge
Problem-solving and employee-handling skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
