Relationship Manager – Dealing / Senior Relationship Manager – Dealing

Location: Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives

Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Dealing to execute equity trades, provide market insights, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in equity broking, a strong understanding of capital markets, and the ability to drive client engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities : Equity Dealing & Trade Execution

Execute buy and sell orders on NSE/BSE trading platforms
Ensure accurate and timely trade execution
Monitor client margins, exposures, and trading activities
Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

Client Relationship Management

Assist clients with market-related queries and investment opportunities
Share market updates and research-based recommendations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Enhance client engagement and trading activity

Business Development

Acquire and activate new trading clients
Increase active client participation and revenue generation
Promote investment and wealth management solutions

Financial Product Distribution

Cross-sell financial products including:
Mutual Funds
Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
Insurance
Bonds, NCDs, and Fixed Income Products

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate from a recognized university
Minimum 2 years of experience in Equity Broking or Equity Dealing
NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and Trading Platforms
Good communication and client-handling skills
Proficiency in English and local language
Working knowledge of MS Office and trading terminals
