Work location

Catepilla Child Development Center, Adyar, Chennai - 600020.

Working Hours - 8 hours per day

Pay Scale for Full-Time

₹ 24,000 - ₹ 40,000 p.m. take-home includes variable pay.

Month 1: ₹ 15,000 stipend
Month 2: ₹ 20,000 stipend

Month 1 & Month 2 - Includes structured evaluation and guided supervision

Upon completion of training, from Month 3: ₹ 24k – ₹ 40k (Inclusive of performance-linked incentives)

For freshers, a mandatory 2-3 month structured training period is required before starting the job in full-time capacity.

Mandatory Requirements

Completed BASLP degree
Interest in pediatric speech, language, and communication therapy

Role Summary for Speech Therapist

The Speech Therapist will provide speech, language, communication, and feeding interventions for children with autism, developmental delays, speech-language disorders, and learning difficulties, as part of a multidisciplinary child development team.

Key Responsibilities for a Speech Therapist

Conduct speech & language therapy sessions for children
Work on expressive/receptive language, articulation, and social communication
Support feeding, oral-motor, and early communication goals
Collaborate with primary child therapists for integrated intervention
Maintain session documentation and progress reports
Guide parents on home programs and communication strategies
