Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell our range of healthcare and pharmaceutical products through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, handling product inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while adhering to all applicable pharmaceutical marketing and sales guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement

Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote the company's medicine and healthcare product portfolio.
Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective telesales strategies.
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements, ensuring ethical and responsible product promotion.
Cross-sell and upsell complementary healthcare products where appropriate.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer records, purchase history, and communication logs in the CRM system.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
Encourage repeat purchases through personalized service and relationship building.

Order Processing & Coordination

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Inform customers about product availability, expected delivery timelines, and promotional offers.
Track pending orders and ensure timely follow-up until completion.

Product Knowledge

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's medicine and healthcare product portfolio.
Stay updated on product features, usage instructions, contraindications, and company policies.
Communicate product information accurately and responsibly, without making unapproved medical claims.
Escalate medical or clinical questions to qualified healthcare professionals when required.

Sales Reporting

Maintain daily call records, sales reports, and customer interaction logs.
Monitor sales performance against assigned targets.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Compliance

Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical marketing standards.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
Adhere to data privacy requirements while handling customer information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or pharmaceutical sales.
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, nutraceutical, or wellness products is an advantage.

Required Skills

Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach with strong relationship management skills.
Ability to explain healthcare products clearly and professionally.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Number of outbound calls and customer interactions completed.

CRM data accuracy and follow-up completion.
