Job Overview
HyreSpot is looking for an experienced and strategic Zonel sale manager Channel Sales to lead the company's sales function, accelerate revenue growth, and expand our business across multiple markets. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building high-performing sales teams, strengthening channel partnerships, and achieving company-wide revenue objectives.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with a proven background in B2B sales, channel development, business expansion, and sales team management. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive sustainable business growth while ensuring exceptional customer and partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and the sales team to maximize performance.
- Establish sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets while monitoring performance across all territories.
- Expand HyreSpot's market presence by identifying new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and untapped markets.
- Build, strengthen, and manage a high-performing channel partner and business associate network.
- Drive B2B sales, enterprise sales, strategic alliances, and partner-led business initiatives.
- Develop sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and revenue planning processes.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and implement effective sales processes, reporting systems, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition and service delivery.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and leadership meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Negotiate high-value business agreements and support major client acquisitions.
- Ensure CRM accuracy, sales reporting, forecasting, and business analytics are maintained across the sales organization.
- Represent HyreSpot at client meetings, industry events, networking forums, and business conferences.
- Drive a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong experience in channel partner development, business expansion, and territory management.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue strategy.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to travel as required for business meetings and market development initiatives.
