Position: Software Developer
Company: Shivam Informatics
Location: Rohtak, Haryana (On-site)
Experience: Fresher or 1-2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Performance-Based (Best in industry for right candidates)
Reporting To: Technical Lead / Project Manager

About the Role

We are urgently looking for motivated Software Developers to join our growing IT team in Rohtak. This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about building high-quality software solutions and want to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Work on both backend and frontend development as per project requirements.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Designers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
Debug and resolve software defects efficiently.
Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or equivalent.

Skills & Experience:

Strong programming skills in any of the following: Python, Java, PHP, .NET (C#), Node.js, or similar languages.
Good understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.) is a plus.
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and software development lifecycle.
Freshers with strong academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
1-2 years of experience in software development will be preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
