HR Recruiter in Nakur

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Nakur. This role is pivotal in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring the organization has a strong workforce to drive its mission forward. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our company's future by facilitating effective hiring processes and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and source candidates for various roles across the organization.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit effectively.
