Lead Engineer C++/C#:

We're looking for a Full-Stack C++ / C# Lead Engineer to join our video streaming team, on a hybrid basis , ideally based between UK and India time zones. In this role, you'll serve as the technical lead for a team of junior and senior developers, driving quality, architecture, and delivery on a modern, evolving stack — currently around 80% C++, transitioning toward C#, with a Node.js/TypeScript component and legacy PHP being phased out.
This is a hybrid position working between UK & India time zones, with some flexibility.

Working hands-on across our core stack: C++, C# (.NET Framework, Windows Forms, Interop), Node.js / TypeScript, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions
You're a fit for the role of Lead Full-Stack Engineer if your background includes:
Strong hands-on experience in C++ and/or C#, with the ability to work confidently across both
We are seeking candidates with 7 - 9 years of experience for this role.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software architecture, data structures, and critical thinking
Excellent communication skills — you can bridge the gap between technical complexity and team clarity.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead without losing sight of the people around you.
