Full job description

Marketing & Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, generating leads, and converting enquiries into site visits while contributing to the company's brand-building and marketing initiatives.

You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for prospective customers and supporting the sales team in driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through tele-calling and digital enquiries.
Convert enquiries into qualified site visits through effective communication and follow-up.
Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand initiatives.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales journey.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to site visit.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Has strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
Is proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Has a good understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.
Is comfortable using CRM/ERP systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in marketing, tele-calling, customer engagement, business development, or sales.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage, though candidates from banking, hospitality, automobile, retail, or other customer-facing industries with a strong sales orientation are also encouraged to apply.

Junior Associate – Finance & Accounts

Experience

2–4 years in Finance & Accounting

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
Additional certification in Tally or Accounting Software is preferred

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Tally Prime
Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliances
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Basic understanding of project accounting (preferred)

Job Purpose

To ensure timely and accurate accounting entries, maintain financial records, generate project-wise financial reports, support statutory compliance, and provide documentation required for audits and financial review

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations

Record daily financial transactions in Tally Prime.
Verify accounting vouchers and supporting documents before posting.
Maintain ledgers, journals and cash/bank books.
Process receipts, payments and journal entries.

2. Project Accounting

Maintain project-wise accounting records.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements for each project.
Assist in tracking project expenses against budgets.
Generate MIS reports for management review.

3. Statutory Compliance Support

Prepare data required for GST, TDS and other statutory filings.
Maintain compliance documentation.
Coordinate with consultants for filing requirements.
Ensure statutory records are updated.

4. Audit & Documentation

Maintain organized financial documentation.
Prepare schedules and supporting documents for internal and statutory audits.
Assist auditors by providing required records and explanations.
Ensure audit observations are addressed promptly.

5. Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly accounting reports.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts and customer accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Generate reports as required by management.

6. Record Management

Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Ensure proper documentation of invoices, vouchers and agreements.
Archive financial records according to company policies.

7. Coordination

Coordinate with Projects, Purchase, HR and Sales departments for financial documentation.
Follow up on pending invoices, bills and supporting documents.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
