Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Associate to support our international sales team by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with prospective clients across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about B2B sales, lead generation, and global business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers across target industries.
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings for the senior sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM platforms.
- Research target companies, industries, and market trends.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.
- Attend virtual and in-person business events, networking sessions, and conferences when required.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in International Business Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or International Sales.
- Experience targeting the US, Canada, UK, or European markets.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM software, and email outreach tools.
- Experience in SaaS, Managed IT Services, Market Research, Demand Generation, BPO/KPO, Back Office Services, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in international sales are encouraged to apply.
