Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help Claf Advertising acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with business owners, understand client requirements, pitch marketing solutions, generate leads, conduct meetings and close deals.

This is a target-driven sales role with strong growth and incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients across Pune and other markets.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, networking, references and field visits.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing, branding and advertising services.

Client Acquisition & Sales

Connect with business owners, founders, marketing managers and decision-makers.
Understand the client's business, marketing requirements and challenges.
Pitch relevant Claf Advertising services based on client requirements.
Conduct online and offline client meetings and presentations.
Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for customized pitches.
Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into paying clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the internal execution team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals and conversions.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of sales and business development.
Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good understanding of digital marketing and advertising is preferred.
Ability to create and deliver sales pitches.
Comfortable with both office and field meetings.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Advertising Sales, Digital Marketing Sales or Agency Sales.
Experience selling digital marketing or advertising services will be an advantage.
Candidates with an existing business network in Pune will be preferred.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be responsible for:

Generating qualified leads.
Conducting client meetings.
Sending proposals and quotations.
Converting prospects into clients.
Achieving monthly revenue targets.
Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Building recurring business from existing clients.
Generating referrals and new business opportunities.

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, sales ability and previous performance.
