Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our Trivandrum branch. The ideal candidate will provide professional guidance to students seeking overseas education opportunities and assist them throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and successful student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries.
Guide students through admissions, application procedures, documentation, scholarships, and visa requirements.
Follow up on enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams to ensure timely application submission.
Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and admissions using CRM or internal systems.
Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
Participate in educational seminars, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.
Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and immigration policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in overseas education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong counselling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
