Job Opening: Admin And Office Coordinator (Location: Vasai)

SynThera Biomedical Pvt. Ltd. is an advanced materials company focused on the research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of specialty glass and advanced material products for high-technology applications. The Company's core expertise is in bioactive glass, with applications across healthcare, oral care, medical devices, cosmetics, and other emerging sectors.

SynThera has developed multiple products and technologies that are among the first of their kind in India, with several representing globally novel innovations. The Company's technology portfolio includes multiple patents granted and filed in India and internationally, as well as peer-reviewed scientific publications.

SynThera has established India's first commercial manufacturing facility for bioactive glass and is working to scale its technologies from laboratory development through pilot production to commercial manufacturing. The Company works with customers, research institutions, manufacturing partners, laboratories, and other organizations in India and internationally.

Position: Admin cum Coordinator

Job Summary

As an Admin cum Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of the Company's day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The role requires close interaction with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication, timely execution of tasks, and efficient documentation.

You will work closely with teams across R&D, Production, Quality, Sales & Marketing, HR, and Management, providing administrative support and coordinating activities across the organization. This role offers excellent exposure to multiple business functions, significant learning opportunities, and scope for professional growth in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely completion of operational and administrative activities.

· Coordinate with customers, suppliers, service providers, consultants, logistics partners, and other external stakeholders.

· Maintain and organize physical and digital records, including filing, scanning, and uploading documents to the Company's Google Drive.

· Prepare and maintain administrative records, trackers, databases, reports, and other documentation.

· Assist in procurement coordination, vendor follow-ups, dispatch coordination, inventory documentation, and office administration.

· Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, courier management, and other day-to-day administrative activities.

· Support documentation required for statutory audits, certifications, inspections, and regulatory compliance.

· Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.

· Perform other administrative and coordination responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

· Freshers are preferred. Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also apply. Internship or project experience will be an added advantage.

· Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

· Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

· Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

· Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
