MBA Fresher (Operations & Marketing)

Job Title: MBA Trainee – Operations & Marketing
Department: Operations / Marketing
Industry: Printing & Packaging

Qualification: MBA (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, or General Management)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA graduates to join our Operations & Marketing team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in production planning, customer coordination, business development, sales support, supply chain, and process improvement within the printing and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

Assist in production planning and scheduling.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor daily production activities and prepare MIS reports.
Support inventory control and material planning.
Track production targets and delivery schedules.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Maintain production and operational documentation.
Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
Support ERP data entry and report generation.
Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards.

Marketing

Support the sales and marketing team in customer relationship management.
Prepare quotations, presentations, and product information.
Coordinate with customers regarding artwork approvals, order status, and delivery schedules.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Participate in customer meetings and product demonstrations.
Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
Assist in new product development (NPD) and sample coordination.
Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of production planning and supply chain concepts.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Good presentation and reporting skills.
Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Knowledge

Basic knowledge of the printing and packaging industry.
Understanding of ERP systems (preferred).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts is an added advantage.
Knowledge of ISO quality management systems is desirable.
