About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder across multiple business functions.
This is not a typical internship where you'll be assigned repetitive tasks. You'll work alongside the founder to ensure ideas become reality by coordinating projects, following up with stakeholders, solving execution bottlenecks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll gain exposure to product development, marketing, operations, supply chain, hiring, vendor management, and business strategy while learning how a fast-growing consumer brand is built from the inside.

What You'll Do
Project Management & Execution
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across different business functions.
- Break projects into actionable tasks with clear owners and deadlines.
- Maintain project trackers and execution timelines.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively resolve or escalate them.
Founder Support
- Work directly with the founder on daily priorities.
- Convert discussions and ideas into structured action plans.
- Organize priorities and ensure important tasks don't get missed.
- Help reduce the founder's operational workload by driving execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with:
- Marketing team
- Designers
- Manufacturers
- Vendors
- Agencies
- Freelancers
- Internal team members
Ensure everyone knows what they're responsible for and follows through on commitments.
Follow-ups & Accountability
This will be one of your biggest responsibilities.
You'll regularly:
- Follow up on pending work
- Track deadlines
- Remind stakeholders
- Escalate delays
- Keep projects moving
Your goal is simple:
Nothing should remain pending because someone forgot to follow up.
Meetings & Documentation
- Attend internal meetings with the founder.
- Record meeting notes and action items.
- Assign owners and deadlines.
- Follow up until every action item is completed.
Research
Conduct research when required, including:
- Market trends
- Competitor analysis
- Vendor sourcing
- Pricing comparisons
- New software/tools
- Business opportunities
Present findings in a concise, structured manner.
Process Improvement
Help organize the business by:
- Creating SOPs
- Building checklists
- Improving workflows
- Maintaining documentation
- Organizing operational systems
Reporting
Provide regular updates on:
- Completed tasks
- Pending tasks
- Delayed projects
- Current blockers
- Priorities for the coming week

Requirements
Must Have
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Due to the nature of business, we need Telugu speaking candidates for this role.
- Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Own a personal laptop for day-to-day work.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with the ability to travel to AlfCo, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad for designated in-office workdays.
Good to Have
- Experience with ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Trello, or other project management tools.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Basic Canva or presentation skills.
- Leadership experience in college clubs, events, or student organizations.
- Previous internship experience (not mandatory).
