We are establishing our presence in Ahmedabad and are seeking a visionary, highly technical Senior Interior Designer to lead our interior fit-out and design management workflows.

Position Summary

A BIM (Building Information Modeling) Modeler is responsible for transforming 2D design drawings, sketches, and engineering concepts into data-rich, intelligent 3D models. They collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clash-free integration across all building systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities (All Disciplines)

Model Development: Create accurate 3D objects, components, and templates using software like Autodesk Revit.
Standard Compliance: Align digital models with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards.
Clash Detection: Identify and document overlapping physical elements across disciplines before onsite construction begins.
Documentation Extraction: Generate accurate 2D shop drawings, construction documents, and schedules directly from the 3D model.
Data Integration: Input precise parametric information including material properties, dimensions, and manufacturer specifications into the model.

Discipline-Specific Responsibilities

Mechanical BIM Modeler

HVAC Systems: Model air handling units (AHUs), chillers, cooling towers, and intricate ductwork networks.
Piping & Public Health: Route wet services including drainage, fire protection sprinklers, and domestic water pipes.
Equipment Families: Create detailed, parametric BIM families for specialized mechanical machinery

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Education:

Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

Mechanical BIM Modeler: 5 years (Required)

Location:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred)
